Hello...

Is this an application? What exactly does it suppose to do?

[itai970]

i think he means something like a walkie-talkie, based on VoIP..

[DonB]

There are a few on the Play store, one is called TIKL, another one is called Hey Tell I am surer there are more, but I have tried both of those and work pretty good. If this is what he was asking for

TiKL Touch Talk Walkie Talkie

HeyTell

Actually I just checked and there seem to be a bunch of them, https://play.google.com/store/search?q=walkie+talkie&c=apps
