ok so i made a password recovery for my pc and put it in a folder on my sd card. Someone changes the password to troll me and im wondering if i can take it out of the folder from my android tablet?
 
Not sure what you mean with this recovery but you could use a file manager like EStrongs File Explorer to look after this recovery on your tab.
