Help Help me!!!! :(

Hi, I recently just downloaded the update to ICS (WOOOO) but did not make the update I thought I should do a hard reset first so I did, now I am stuck in CWM Recovery from a time I used to be rooted. I just recently deleted my backup(shame on me) and cannot seem to get out of this, I choose "reboot now" and nothing. I have tried everything and it just keeps bringing me back to this. Please help so I can enjoy the delicious ICS. :'(

I found a post to recover from bricking that I thought would help which it has downloaded the update and says it is updating the phone but it has been saying that for a while. It will count down from 60 to 0 then start again without moving. I've attached a picture.

Take that file, put it on your SD card, flash it in CWM. When you are back into the android OS, update your damn CWM recovery either using RomManager or the new package in the root section. Everyone should be on 6.0.1.0 or above by now as it fixes the loop issue you just encountered.
