Hi! I have a big problem with my phone galaxy s3 i9300 with 4.3 android system....my proble is that sometimes I can't identify my caller because my my screen phon is off I coul listen only dhe call ring, and I should restatr my phone to make it work normaly. This problem is going on very often and I'm very tired....please can you help me with your advice. Thank you

go to settlngs
then display
then to
Screen timeout
Then choose between 15 seconds and 10minutes
That should do it

I have still the same problem...my phone sometimes dont respond to any comand I can only hear the call ring but I cant see who call because my screen is off....

I wonder if you might have had some water damage. I had a phone just like that recently, and the board ended up having some water damage. In the end, I had to replace the board. Once the board was replaced, it worked fine. I tried for two months to chase down the source of the short that was causing the screen to blank out, couldn't find it, and bit the bullet and got a new board for it.

Thanks for the advice, changeing the board will be the last thing I think...I won't to try some system change first..
