First Issue:
Whenever I receive 1 missed call - whether it be from my contacts, an unknown number, or a private number - my phone notifies me that I missed 3 calls from the number (e.g. status bar, lockscreen, people app). I checked the people app, and in the call history, I see that there were 3 records of the call with the exact same timestamp. Exdialer, a third party dialer, correctly records only 1 missed call. I'm not sure what happened.
Second Issue:
My phone doesn't scan my media files when it turns on. I always have to use an app to scan for my files.
