Help My Android is frozen

For two days my Android 3 has been stuck on the Dual Core Tecnology screen. It briefly booted to the home screen yesterday and I was able to use it but reverted back. I've removed the battery, chargedit all noght, let it sit, prayed for it, yelled at it and searched the internet for advice. Still no good. The Verizon store ordered a new phone since it is under warrenty but I need the texts back (and quickly). Can anyone help????

First off welcome to the forums!

Secondly, you would of needed to install a SMS Backup & Restore app to get those texts back, otherwise in the future now you know what you need in case something like this happens again.

Lastly, i am going to move this into the Android Lounge, a place for general queries and questions regarding Android.
