Help HELP - My Galaxy S2 NOT updating

Hello guys and gals.

I recently bought the new sprint samsung
galaxy s2 epic 4g touch.

I keep getting a alert telling me I have a new
update. When I click to install, it starts working
but then stops and gives me a triangle with the
exclamation mark and the little green android.

I need to get the new android 2.3.6 but my phone
just isn't update. Any help??

What data connection aare you using. If you are updating in an area with spotty coverage it may have problems. You may also consider restarting your phone and trying again (assuming you haven't tried already). Many issues are resolved when you simply restart the phone.
