Help Help: my sgs has no navigation

Hi everyone. Asking the gurus here. My sgs comes with Google Maps but I don't have an option to use navigation when I set a route. However when I put a new shortcut on the home screen I get the option of the navigation. But no matter how many times I try, it can't seem to find a route. And I can't find Google Maps on the Market so I can't try upgrading it.

You have to update "Maps" to Google Maps in the market. JUst goto search google and itll come up.

I read if you cant find an app in the market, you cant install it. But try this out......
