Help Help my tablet stopped letting me use a browser.

I have an Acer Iconia 7 one w/kitkat
It is rooted as well.
I had a browser app (ghostery) that was running fantastic and now all the sudden it stopped.
I thought it was a problem with the app but then i downloaded other browser apps and its the same.
Says it cant connect to web page.
All the other apps that require wifi work perfectly.
But now i cant use a browser????

I rooted the tablet and i installed the app cache cleaner (one with the android head and brush on top)
Havent had any issues again.
