Help! Need help flashing an LG 38c back to stock.

Normally This wouldn't be an issue for me, but I have one of those janky wal-mart straight talk phones, the lg 38c. I somehow messed up google play with titanium back-up, or link2sd idk which. Anyhow i can't get this phone into Download mode or recovery to flash a new ROM, and I'm even having problems finding a stock rom for it. I used the one-click root method to root. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. And yes I'm planning on a different phone in the future, this was my 1st phone in the smart category.

I moved your thread from the Samsung forum into the Other Devices forum since we don't have an LG forum for your phone.

So is your model also called the LG Optimus Dynamic? I don't know for sure if this is what you need, but take a look at the stock rooted nandroid.
