Hi every one im new to this does any one know whats happening with the upgrade for samsung galaxy portal i keep looking but not geting any where the shop from 3 tells me my phones supported they put my phone on there computer and it found my device but every time i put on my own pc nothing happens and cant find my phone please some one help me :) xx
