HELP need specialized app

I run a day care and want to go paperless. I have a sony tablet and need a app that will let me fill in pdf fields with type and also sign the documents and save them for licensing. Any suggestions would be great!:o
 
I may be mistaken here (never tried it), but I believe any PDF reader will work as long as you have a PDF file written to have such fields available.

I would just use Adobe Acrobat to create a form that can be filled out and then use just about any PDF reader for people to fill it out and sign it.

If you don't have Adobe Acrobat or don't wish to buy it then there are other options available. A Google search for "Make Fillable PDF Forms" will offer some low cost and even free options. There are even tutorials on how to do it from scratch or convert existing files to fillable files.
