Help needed ASAS, guys

Hi guys,
Here's my problem. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1.
I have taken some pictures using this tablet and now I need to get them on to a forum. The problem is that I have no idea how these things work. I' managed to get the pictures into the Gallery. Could some kind soul tell me where to go from here, preferably in little words, lol?

Merry Christmas Steve, if there's no 'attach' function on a forum you can upload your image to a hosting site and then link the image via the image option which is above your message, small icon showing a landscape - when typing in a message here or elsewhere. Photobucket or similar site can store your uploaded image and provide the link to your image

There are also several "upload pic" -sites, if you need just to upload some pic to show it. Like "hey, i have problem, what does this mean...?"... Like this one: Postimage.org - free image hosting / image upload

But if you like to keep them and delete if necessary, then photobucket or similar sites are better. If you want to add the pic on this site, use that "go advanced" mode when posting something.
