well, obviously, this is a nightmare, when my phone is awake (not locked) caller ID with picture shows normal, once it goes to sleep (screen dims) and i receive a call, i need to pull the ring up (answer or decline) to see who was calling.
the strange error started once i returned from other country, only change i did was turning mobile date off then on, and introduced pattern lock. i killed the pattern later, since, but no caller ID ...
phone is new, not rooted, i didnt messed too much with any app. tried to reset it, turn it on and off, but no luck since.
you can imagine how this disturbs me in everyday life.
i have installed 3rd party app, but its temp solution, please help

i tried to reset it by holding long on-off button, but it needed battery removal
