Help needed for new Hero owner on Orange UK

I have already decided to have a change from Orange (after 15yrs) when my contract is up next September, the problems I have had with them are nothing compared to this poor chap. What does a sim cost? NOTHING.

If they'd have done their job properly they could have handed 02's ass to them, on a plate, with all the trimmings.

They know nothing about the Hero, they don't support it properly, they have a backward attitude on data usage, they don't advertise the Hero.....

If they'd have got behind it properly like the Yanks have, they may have dented the iPhone.........shame then, that now they will get the iPhone before xmas, their lazy sales people will have even less knowledge to retain about handsets.
