Help Needed for Video Editing in Android

My main aim is to edit the video that I have already recorded. I pull the video from the gallery and than I am also able to play it in the VideoView that I have declared.

I want to some how edit that video. How can I do that?

E.g. Say if the video has some white pixels in it, then I want to make it blue. How can do that?

I apologize if I am not clear with the question. Let me know if you need any clarifications.

I would move the vid to a PC or Mac with a big screen, mouse, and a twice or three times more powerful processor for editing. Mobile devices are NOT suitable for video editing. Like a go-kart is not suitable for a transcontinental race. Far too light.
