Help needed on gmail account adding

It was working fine till a few days ago i notice it doesn't sync all my gmail accounts.

So I deleted all my accounts but left one because it is my main account and it couldn't be deleted away. (I'm not sure if I can but it doesn't allow me to)

Anyway after I added back the the accounts it doesn't sync with the following message:

This account is not configured to sync automatically. Press Menu > Refresh to sync mail once. Or press Home and touch settings > Accounts&Sync and configure this account to sync automatically.

Follow what was mentioned but doesn't work at all.

Anyone can help?

another problem is my gmarket is not working as well

whenever it shows an update or a new app i tried to download and install but it doesn't move at all
it will download for days and nothing.. sigh..

I had simillar problems and after putting it off, I did a hard reset. After this I got everything working again, plus the phone was faster, plus I had more free space on phone memory. Do a seach for market stuck at starting download.

Oh, backup first!!
