EXPERTS NEEDED! might be complicated, read at your own risk 
Hi everyone. I have a problem but will explain it in a detailed way as much as i can do.. so here is the problem
i installed 10 - 12 apps from android market which boot themselves when galaxy s starts up. i mean, there are many startup apps so the phone is stuck at startup. when i press the power button just vibration noises come out. as i say the main problem is that there are too much startup applications. if i can access the phone i will disable all of them but i cant even get to home screen :S btw my phone is galaxy s 1900. did anyone encounter this problem / or is there someone who can help me - give advice maybe?

i can format the phone, no problem, but the only data on my phone which i dont want to lose are my 'notes'. so is there a way to recover only the notes from a phone which cannot be opened?
are there any software for windows / mac to deal with your startup apps of your phone
i hope i was able to explain it well, if you have any ideas, even thoughts just be free to state them cuz i'm ready to try every method i can find
