Considering you turned off usb debugging the threads probably wont help much as you will need to download files and move them to your sd card. Why did you turn it off in the first place? Maybe try to post this in the All Things Root Forum to increase chances of it being seen? I'm sure that's not the answer you were hoping for. Hope you can get this fixed.

Edit:If u have a microsd card adaptor hook that baby up to your computer and download the files that way.

can you just install the appropriate files on the sd card and push them back in?

if not read about download recovery mode. i am sure you had the drivers installed

There is no turning off USB debugging if you are in CWM Recovery. It's on by default. Just mount your sdcard in CWM and use adb push to push the cwm_bootloop_fix.zip to your sdcard, then apply the zip and your done.
