Root Help Needed to Root and Install Titanium Backup - Noob Friendly tutorial???

Is there a step by step tutorial anywhere on how to root (and unroot need be) this phone? I would love to make one myself, but im having trouble browsing these hundreds of posts.
 
until we find a way to unlock the bootloader, everything here requires a high level of technical competence. Reason being is that there is a fair amount of troubleshooting involved. Even if you know how to follow instructions I do not believe one can make a noob friendly tutorial that includes ALL the troubleshooting steps.

Before there is an all in one method, best get someone who knows his/her way around a computer and an android phone to get your phone rooted.
