Help needed with error 23007

I am a keen runner and have been using adidas micoach app for a long time. Several weeks ago I updated to Android 4.1.2 which caused my running app not to sync with the website and transfer my running data. I was getting error 23007.
I uninstalled the app and downloaded a new one and get the same error code when I try to register the app.
The support people are confused with the issue.
I can access internet from my phone and everything else works well.
I am using a Samsung Galaxy Sii GT-I9100 with android 4.1.2.
Has any other user experienced error 23007?
Are there any recommendations on how to overcome my connection problem?
Please help. I like the Adidas app and want to continue using it.

23007 isn't an HTML error (something coming from the site), so it has to be coming from the app. And the people who wrote the app can't help? Ask their support people if they ever talk to their development people, because SOMEONE in software development wrote code that generated that error.
