Help needed

My son has a galaxy s7 and decided to download a cheat software APK for a game. Of course this didn't work but every time he unlocks his phone it automatically opens Google and connects him to various websites. I have tried a few things but still doing it. Can anyone help as tries reseting the phone, opened up the file manager and cleared things but still every time the phones unlocked the same thing happens

Sorry to add most of these sites are either telling him he has a virus or are of adult content!

If it was my little one, and the phone isn't rooted.. now would be the time to make sure all the data (photo's, documents etc...) is safely rescued and copied safely off the phone, and factory reset it... and set it up again from scratch..

Let me just toss this out there ... do what he said.

You might also want to consider a discussion about cheating and internet security. Seems like it would be an appropriate time for that.
