Help Needed

Ok, so I bought a new HTC legend, and it is awesome, but I have one question: Is it updatable to froyo, and if it is, how?

1)go to setting
2)then take "about phone"
3)go to "system software updates"
4)"check now" and update

Note that fryo might not be available if it is a branded phone.

Thanks, I tried this and it didn't work. Is there anything else I can do?

It told me that there are no updates avaliable.

U might already be having 2.2... go to settings and then to about phone and click on software information... ur android version will be listed there... 2.2 means u have froyo

M0ffe is correct. If you're a UK Vodafone user, I know the update is out. However, if you're like me and are a Virgin Mobile Canada user, it is not out yet - but it should be within the next couple weeks.
