Help Help needed!

Sorry to post but need help fixing my s3, When I make a call to a phone contact they cannot hear me but I can hear them, if I call a landline all I get is my own voice in a echo coming back. Ive cleaned the mic, restarted to factory settings, recorded my voice to make sure the mic is working (which it is) used the headphones which still has the same problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Bring the phone to your carrier's store and explain the problem. It might be something with the phone, but it can also be a problem with your account setup or their equipment. You can check the phone - they can check all 3.
