Help HELP! no rom installed

I have a serious issue!

I have replaced my ROM on my Galaxy S and the new ROM wasn't good and wont loading...
meanwhile i deleted the old rom zip file from the sd card.
now i dont have any rom installed on my device and no zip file on the sd card that i can install.
i want to know if there is any way to move a file from my PC to the sd card via recovery.
and if no how should i gat any rom installed on my device...

Please help I am already desperate! :(:(:(

Can you get into download mode?(Volume down + power + home) What state is your phone in? will it turn on to the homescreen? Give us some more info:)

I can enter download mode and the recovery mode but i cant go to the homescreen the phone is just stuck on the "SAMSUNG GALAXY S" logo on the start.

A simple Firmware flash will fix your issue:) Go here: Samsung I9000 Galaxy S Firmwares.

DOwnload the firmware your phone is currently on and save it and extract to your desktop. Download odin from here : MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

Once thats all downloaded open odin, Add the pit then tick re-partition. Then add the CSC and PHONE.
Now put your phone in download mode and pug it in. Odin will recognize it and when it does click start:D
