Root Help No Service Problems

I'm having service problems. I tried using the Odin3+v1.6andepic.pit and then using the Eb13 to EC06 modem but when it rebooted it said No Service and it was still on EB13


ALL I WANT TO DO IS START FROM FRESH IF YOU GUYS COULD PLEASE HELP
