[matombo]

Am pretty new in here and need your expertise. (1) I did delete by mistake my pics and videos, I need to find ways to retrieve the PICS/VIDEOS, I can see them when I go to ALL SHARE but cannot not open. Can you please help. (2) When I plug the phone to my PC I do not see it in my computer, do we need to download some programs to be able to read or open the files from the computer??. Please assist.

THANKS.

Hello and welcome aboard. I'm sorry to hear that - I'm not sure if retrieving deleted files are 100% possible, but anyway.. here is a post I found. I hope this helps!

You can use a program such as Recover My Files Data Recovery Software to Undelete Files; Disk recovery; Recover Deleted Files to scan the SD card. Ive recovered files on my old computer back to 2004 so I know it works. If it was saved to the phone it may indeed be gone.
