Help on Dlna?? All Share??

My android Samsung Galaxy Fit (GT-S5670) is Dlna certified. I also have a Samsung 40'' LCD TV with AllShare Connectivity.
I want to know what Dlna Actually is?? Is Dlna linked with All Share?? If Yes than how can I transfer files or connect my android phone to TV via Dlna(or All share) wirlessly. I do not have a wifi connection.

You need a wifi connection. And fyi, you aren't transferring files to the tv, you are streaming them. But without a wifi connection it wont work.

There are apps like iMediaShare that will do this, and many phones will come with an app to do this stock.
