Root HELP ON HTC ONE SV K2_cL S-ON (FIXING) ??

Hello I've been looking through several threads and I can't see to find a reliable solution (I am no expert at all in this but I'm not that lost either)
I have a HTC ONE SV K2_CL S-ON device that seems to no longer have any OS.
I also have installed the CWM on it.
See, when I trun it on it just stays in the white HTC screen logo with THE RED LETTERS BELOW.
I don't know what should I exactly do or which files are the right ones to do any process with it.

The phone was working alright (It came with ICS android) before an upgrade showed up, ran the upgrade, and the phone would stay in the home screen wallpaper but with no chance to either unlock it or access to the normal navigation (you could still call to the phone, volume up,etc, but no option to ingress and use the phone so I think I messed up trying to fixing it.

COULD ANYONE GIVE ME A LITTLE HELP? OR GUIDE ME ON WHAT TO DO=?
I JUST WANT THE PHONE TO WORK NORMALLY, SO I CAN USE IT, NOTHING MODIFYINGLY FANCY.

Already got this guys.hes on custom rom atm and has soff.im leading him the rest of the way so far so good

Hi, this is the first time I am posting, replying, etc. so I apologize in advance for any mistakes. I have a HTC One SV K2_CL boost mobile that is unlocked s-on and rooted. I unlocked using htc bootloader unlock and installed twrp recovery 2.8.4. as well as the v2debloatedbackup. At first everything was fine but I definitely made a mistake and i can't pinpoint where. I tried to s-off at first with moonshine and it didn't work. Then I tried with rumrunner but that didnt work either. My phone now says tampered unlocked and does not have an OS and says it cannot find the PL80 img and diag. Also Bootloader is on boot loop and says cannot mount int_sd. I'm at a loss at this point. I was trying to root my phone and s-off so i could get rid of preinstalled apps and pretty much use the phone to the fullest. This stuff interests me and i'm a little frustrated lol because it was going well at first. I think i used some old links possibly between here and the xda forums Please help if you can. Hi guys, I'm new to the forums and was wondering if I could have some help with my phone. It is stuck in recovery/fastboot and I cannot get out of it. I have tried many different ruu's and boot.img's and still nothing. It is on Cricket.
It shows:

are you trying ruus specifically for your phone?you have to use the right models or it wont work,you cant use an earlier ruu from whats on your phone.

Yeah, I realize that now. I'm pretty sure that the phone is on 4.2.2 since the hboot reads 2.21. So if I could get that boot.img I think I would be set.
