Root Help on Titanium Backup?

Hey, I'm getting a replacement phone soon, and accidentally deleted a few system apps on my current phone. I'm not worried about having them on the one phone i'm sending back.
My question is: when/if I backup my current phone (some system apps deleted), and then restore it on the new phone, would the system apps be on the new phone that i'm going to? along with everything that's backed up?
Thanks for the time.

they should... i recomend using astro file managers app backup tool. as it backups up the app and saves them to your sdcard (even the ones you bought from the market) and its easier to use than titanium backup

The advantage of titanium backup is that it backs up the data (settings, etc) in addition to the actual app.

When restoring the backups, you won't be erasing the apps that you have, you'll be adding to them. Therefore, you will have to go ahead and delete the unwanted system apps

ok, thanks
i also heard that you shouldn't do it (restore)to a new phone... even if its the same model...
I'm new to this

I've never had any issues doing this, what I always do, is as soon as I get a new phone, I put a custom recovery on there (if it is available) and back up the stock phone, and keep it in a safe place, just in case.

Custom recovery? Fyi, I have no roms (whatever those are) or anything on my phone. I just basically wanna transfer my data, apps, saved games, contacts, bookmarks, and my layout to the replacement device. Will this do it? And what batch should I run for backup, them what do I do to get it on the new (of course not yet rooted) phone.
Thanks, i'm a total noob to rooting...
