Help help on turning on and off

Hi, my phone's screen lock button is broken. Is there a way to turn on and off my phone with out using the screen lock button on the top left of my phone?

MagicLocker (free) and WidgetLocker ($2.99) can enable the other buttons to wake your device.

If you mean power on/off, then I don't know :(
