Help HELP!!!!!! Optimus G has no OS installed

I need help fast i was trying to update to Jelly Bean but it was giving me problems and kept going to Team Win Recovery and some how i deleted the operating system now all my phone has on it is Team Win Recovery project v2.3.2.3 im lost right now and don't know what to do. When i try to reboot it says No OS Installed:confused::mad::(
 
Hi, unfortunately I'm in the same situation you were. No OS installed just TWRP Recovery and I'm curious to know how you recovered your OS because, LGNPST isn't working for me. Thanks, it would be a big help.

hi. I really need your help. I am stacked for 2 days now not being able to solve my problem. I have the same problem as yours. I wiped out everything after flashing a new rom. I only have TWRP, Fastboot and Download mode features left. I have tried LGNPST_ACG, kDZ and still not working. It tried pushing a custom rom to tru adp but i cant find mount/unmount storage or sd card.

I have LG OPTIMUS G ES975.
