I've had my Galaxy for over a year now and haven't had any issues until recently. I have the AT&T version of the phone, but I just moved to the UK five months ago. I have the Cognition OS running on the phone, and it is unlocked. I have been using a SIM card from the UK since moving here from 3 network.
The phone worked fine for about three months and then I started to have problems making calls. The problem is that I can only send or receive one call before I have to take the battery out and restart the phone. The one call will work fine and the phone still works after the call is ended, but if I try to send or receive any calls after that there is no audio. The call will ring on the other side, but they can't hear me and I can't hear them. The only way to get it to work again is to take the battery out (just restarting the phone doesn't work), put it back in and turn it on. I've tried it with several other SIM cards from other networks and I still have the same problem so I don't think it's the network.
I used the Galaxy S Unlock app to unlock the phone. If anyone has any idea what might be causing the phone to do this or how to fix it please help.
Cheers,
Ryan
