Root HELP Phone Soft Brick

Bdead989

Newbie
I can not boot into anything. Recovery or regular, sticks a white HTC screen.
My phone would have an issue after updating to the new kitkat that once it died it would go into a reboot loop and I would have to restore with twrp2
I decided to RUU phone and retry the updates to see if this solved anything and it made it so much worst

The RUU did not work and once it failed my phone has went stupid.
I have put the stock recovery on and stock boot, then tried to fastboot oem rebootruu and then flash the 4.0.4 zip and still nothing. so I went to put twrp2 back on and restore my back and now it wont even boot my recovery.

What else can I do!! Please Help

Okay so I have been trying my a** of to RUU this phone. Its really becoming a lot of work. I have the same RUU that I have always used on this phone, on more than one occasion experimenting.

I have flashed stock boot.img and recovery.img, then went to run the RUU. Shows I currently have no rom version on my phone asked if I wanted to update the 2. something I cant remember. Then phone goes into the oem reboot and then nothing but sending.
Then I will recive and error 155 and that code is:
ERROR [155~159]: IMAGE ERROR
One of these error messages will appear when you use the incorrect RUU to update and the image file size is larger than the Flash ROM size. In this case, download the correct RUU version and try again.

I then go to this post [almostRUU][K2_CL]&[How To Update After … | HTC One SV | XDA Forum for getting S-off and get both 4.0.4 and 4.1.2 as well as the PL80 update. I try to manually RUU with the fastboot. I erase cache
the RUU whole process with 4.0.4. Then command line will say finished, and phone will still have a little progress left at the end of the progress bar. Which the RUU.exe wouldn't even get that far but the very first try before it killed my phone. I then run fastboot reboot-bootloader.
Still Tampered and Unlocked.
I clear cache boot into oem RUU again and try 4.1.2 zip
it just send it get to writing and then says
(bootloader) zip header checking...
(bootloader) zip info parsing...
FAILED (remote:24 parsing android-info fail)
finished. total time:

I then found I am using the wrong twrp recover version I guess. changed to 2.7.0.2d and it worked. but after I had deleated my backup not knowingly. So I find zips from here http://androidforums.com/one-sv-all-things-root/844302-all-in-one-tool-htc-one.html#post6556034

When I run this in twrp I get
E:Could not mount /data and unable to find crypto folder.
then long list of unable to mount everything
then checking md5 no md5
then error flashing zip
then upodating martition detals
and unable to mount cache data or intsd

now downloading the pl80IMG.zip from that site to try it...
Please someone help me

I Have come to the conclusion that inter memory is bad.
In TWRP I cant even mount int_sd
Shows system partition with 899MB but cant mount cache, data, or int_sd.
I don't know what else it could be.

That is actually where I got the .exe RUU file. I will try the .zip from here and see if that works.
this zip is flashed via fastboot correct?

What I am saying is that is the RUU.exe that I have been trying that give me the Error 155.
RUU_K2_CL_JB_45_S_Sprint_WWE_Boost_2.06.653.6_Radio_1.12.50.0516_10.30.42.25_NV_NV_Boost_2.20_150_release_333541_signed.exe
Since my phone isn't bootable I just went into fastboot and ran the RUU and it takes me to update and does nothing

I have now downloaded the
OTA_K2_CL_JB_45_S_Sprint_WWE_Boost_2.06.653.5-1.11.653.1_release_3244713ijuyqp8g1s0xuaw.zip
How can I install the Zip I tried fastboot flash zip "filename" and this does not work.
