Root Help !!! Phone wont boot after flashing !!

Hi,

Need help. I tried to update my A90S from Android 4.0.4 to Jelly bean as mentioned in A110 guide using Smart Phone Flash Tool. The flashing went fine (as on screen). Even got the GREEN LOGO which means flashing was successful.

But cant seems to start the phone even on recovery. Its completely dead.

Awaiting expert opinions.

Is the software for the A110 compatible with the a90s? If it is not then that is your problem and you need to find the software for the a90S.

Update: The JB update for the A110 is not compatible with the a90s. You need to contact micromax and try and get the software for your the a90s. Their website does not have the download.

You are right. I might have flashed the wrong ROM resulting in hard brick. Had to get the motherboard replaced. It costed Rs. 2700.
 
Hello man you dont need to replace mothr brd.


You downlod A90 stock rom at andro-park or at need rom.com

After dat go to sp flash tool and select scatter file from da downloaded unzipped file.
And select recovery file CWM 6 from your pc wer u put.

Then ready to flash your phone. By following methods.


Remove and reinsert battery

Press download button. Connect phone via usb. It wil show red,purple n yellow processing status.
If its done enjoy.....
If download button doesn't work
Retry above same process by pressing firmware upgrade botton beside download botton.

If above both were not flashed your phone.. do the same process without battery in phone. It must unbrick ur phone fortunately.


After booting ur phone shows invalid IMEIs. GOOGLE IT

It will b better if you have CWM back up earlier.

Do it your own risk.

Tried the above steps as mentioned. Didn't workout. So had to replace Motherboard.
 
Its rooted phone.
Had installed rom manager pro, have changed the fonts many times and the boot animation. even put the randomizer on the bootanimation. At once I changed the fonts, then as usual I re-booted to see the effects of fonts, now the phone is not booting. it continues to show the boot animation.
