Sorry is this has been answered. I am "clueless" about my phone. I recently had problems..pictures would not load in gallery. Took it in and they deleted some corrupted one. Then phone started shutting of (Galaxy S3) so they did a hard restore with new software(think that's what they called it). Anyway.. they saved all my pictures and contact and they are one my phone. But now the camera pictures do not want to load. So I hooked it up to computer and opened file - like they had done. found some pictures that didn't look right. Tried to delete but it says they are write protected and to turn this off. I have no idea what they are talking about!! 
I have always just gone in bought a phone and used it! Never thought about a card or whatever! Sorry this is so long. But if someone could walk this "clueless" person thru it I would really appreciated it.
