Is there any way to reverse an update (4.4.2 on a Samsung Galaxy S4)? I updated, stupidly, a few days ago and have major problems now:
- something called TouchWiz has appeared and if I don't attend to it immediately, it eats my battery (100% to 40% in less than an hour) and makes my phone very HOT. It's not in my apps so I can't delete it or get to it, but I'm sure it installed with the update to 4.4.2
- some of my contacts were wiped out, some are still there but the phone numbers disappeared, others unchanged. WTH??
- My Home page is now changed. It was a real ordeal to get it customized in the first place but now it's toast....
I want RID of TouchWiz and rid of 4.4.2. Is this possible?
