I'm new to the forum, but have just encountered a problem with my phone/game. I have been playing the Android version of Paradise Island for over a year now on my Xperia Play and have been having sticking problems with the game. I contacted the support team behind the game, and they suggested clearing the cache, but I accidentally hit 'clear data' instead and it my deleted all my game progress and returned me to level 1 (from 39). Is there any way to reverse this myself or do you think the manufacturers would be able to restore this for me?
Any help you can give is greatly appreciated.
