Help Help Please.. "app not compatible"?

Over the last couple of days I have gone to update apps like my Bank app, which won't open without update, but when I go to the market it says "app not compatible with your device", then gives me no other options. WTF!? I am rooted and have restored with titanium back up, still no go. This has also happened with my History Eraser. When I went to purchase the upgrade, it says the same thing. I don't understand how this is possible. Maybe other apps I have for root might have killed them?

Has this happened to anyone else?? ANY help might help?!

When a developer creates an app he/she is required to specify which version of Android that app will work on. Many developers upgrade their apps and drop support for older version of android. Once the older version support is dropped the updated app will no longer work on older versions of android. It sounds like this is what happened with the app you're trying to update. If that is the case, the only thing you can do is flash a ROM that runs a higher version of android.
