Root Help Please... Bricked Evo

Ok so I think I bricked my phone I was on phillyfinestrom and I decided that I wanted to back to my stock rom so when I tried to go back it wouldn't boot anymore as soon as I turn it on it goes straight to boot screen when I press recovery it shows me and image of a phone with a question mark... if anybody can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.
 
Search up evo recovery. Then when downloaded run the .bat file when in the phone with a question mark screen it will appear like clockwork mod. Then wipe data and cache then do the normal procedure for installing a rom Hope this helped!
 
thanks for the advice but what I did before anything I thought to myself what if I just added the PC36IMG.zip file to the root of my sdcard that might fix it and to my surprise it did but thanks anyways.
