Help Help please Cast screen

[Michael Paternoster]

I have a Lenovo A7600F Android version 4.4.2 Kernel 3.4.67 and an Acer A3-A10 Android version 4.4.2 Kernel 3.4.6
In settings/display on the Lenovo I have Cast screen which works really well.
In settings/display on the Acer Cast screen does not appear
I've tried various apps without success to get the Cast screen to work but for some reason that baffles me completely my Acer cannot find my LG TV using SmartShare or ScreenShare yet the Lenovo with the same Android version does display the contents of the tablet on ScreenShare which I want to use.
The LG uses Miracast but the Miracast app just stops and says that Google play serviçes have stopped and says it can't find any devices.
Can anyone help please? I've just got to find out why this is because it's niggling me

The Acer doesn't support Miracast http://community.acer.com/t5/Androi...-to-KitKat-for-full-WiFi-miracast/td-p/324126

Can you suggest any way that I can Cast the screen wirelessly please? I've connected by cable but it's a bit of a pain

I think Chrome cast will do the trick
