Root Help please? coolpad quattro (deleted my build.prop file)

First of all, hi i'm new :). Alright so I made an account here hoping I can get some help for my coolpad quattro 4g 5860e.

Basically my phone is rooted and i've got to do a bunch of cool things. But recently I messed up... I deleted the build.prop file in the system folder by accident and now my phone wont fully boot, it turns on and plays the intro but it wont get to the operating system it will just stay black screen after that..

I did make a backup file of my build.prop before I did anything and I have it, I just need help to get it back in my phones system folder, thanks alot for reading and I hope one of you guys or ladies can help me out.
 
Yeah, I think your stuck. Consider yourself bricked. Since the manufacturers haven't provided a flashable stock rom to be used for recovery yet. I recently contacted support and asked them if I could get a copy of one, to be used just in case. Try taking it to MetroPCS and see if they can reflash it for you. Sorry this happened and good luck.

Addendum-

You could try using SDK software for windows to restore the file. Might work might not. Worth a try look into investigating it.

head over the all things root section and use the unbrick method posted. this will work 100%
 
Yeah, what the heck does adb push mean? I'll give anyone five bucks ($5.00) USD that will walk me through unbricking my Coolpad Quattro 4G.
 
Hi im new here...
I have a rooted coolpad quattro from metro(the first one)
by mistake i deleted the files for the camera and i cant use it...
Im wondering how could I make my camera work again?
If there's a ROM, a site with the factory files, a program to fix that or if someone please has a backup from that phone with such files...
any help to fix this issue would be really appreciated...
 
I might be able to dig through my old backup files for the Coolpad Quattro and send you the camera files
 
Sorry I just had oral surgery n been down for a few days workin On getting those files for you now. Okay sad news I do not have any of the files at my disposal to backup I lost them when I did a system restructure on my computer when I upgraded my motherboard. Ima get my phone out charge it up use root explorer and see if I can snatch em out that way. Do me a favor make me a complete list of all the files you need for the Coolpad
