Root :( HELP PLEASE DELETED SOME IMPORTANT APplications!

Hi, I am Using Samsung Galaxy S with Gingerbread and it is rooted. I dont remember which ones but I uninstalled some applications and now I have lost both the navigation bar on the top that shows time power etc and the caller screen, when smb calls me I can hear only the ringing without any screen. Help me please what should I do!?
 
Just a shot in the dark here!.Im not to sure about this android system app stuff but get your stock FW package from samfirmware and try flashing everything over in odin?Someone correct me if i'm wrong please!
