I've tried EVERYTHING I know how and read just about everything possible on various forums with no luck. I recently had to get a replacement Vibrant because my previous one, had some sort of hardware issue. I updated my old Vibrant to FROYO with no issues but I can't update this one. When I set up my device, setting it to USB Debugging, turning off/uninstalling Launchers, uninstalling/reinstalling mini kies, shut off and restarting pc and STILL nothing. This is what I see when I connect my phone to laptop to connect to kies mini

Any suggestions or possible reasons why this is happening? I've been trying for about 4 days now including, calling Samsung twice and talking to Tmobile tech support to see what solutions they might have. If someone can please help me, I will be eternally grateful. After 4 days, I am just about ready to give up!
