Root Help, please: NAND unlock

S-On/S-Off only applies to HTC phones. The A2 does not have a locked bootloader, and in either case, that should have nothing to do with the ability to remove applications.

As far as using ADB to do stuff, try this instead of going through the pain and hassle of downloading the entire Android SDK and trying to configure everything:

Used every single app (well most) that r recommended to remove the bloatware, says can't be uninstalled, uninstall unsuccessful, etc. Used like Rom Manager, Rom uninstaller, Tit backup etc.
Was able to uninstall things on M860 but on M865 does not work
Says NAND locked at some place. How to unlock???
