A single tab does nothing an a long press bring the "Select & compy" tools
I tried it in a PDF with a link to a web site.
RepliGo Reader did it with a short press (not with a tab) on the link.
Short press = long enough to highlight the link, but not too long to bring up the select tools

To the contrary: using it with Teamviewer makes the full processing power, network, and storage facilities of that desktop machine, your own desktop machine, available at your fingertips wherever you are in the world.
That doesn't "take away the convenience of using my tablet" at all. Quite the opposite: it adds massively to your tablet's functionality.
But of course only if you want to see it.
