Help HELP Please no connection

I need some help I was having a problem with my Esteem. So I was thinking of doing a soft reset from turning it off but when holding the phone with my right hand I tulip k I was holding it to long and now don't have no connection. how can I get my connection back.

try taking out ur battery then turn on
