Help Help, please! Sprint Galaxy Note 2 Multi view is not starting by holding the back button

Hey, all. I'm hoping that someone here can help me. I have the Sprint Galaxy Note 2, and I just received the software update that enables multi-view last night. If I hold down the back button, it does not pop up the multi view bar. I am able to get into multi view by pulling down my notification bar and sliding over to multi view and then enabling it. It's kind of a pain to do it that way when I should just be able to hold down the back button. Is anyone else having this issue? If so, were you able to fix it?

Turns out that I had it turned off and that was it!
