Help Help please with exchange server

Please can someone help!

Moved from iPhone to Nexus 5 and I'm really impressed so far.
However I am struggling to setup my work email on the stock email app. When setting up on iPhone and previous android phones, i was able to enter server name. This does not appear on kit-kat! Its really strange as I've had to use a third party email app for this to work (cloudmagic). The problem is that cloudmagic is not (and there is no option to) pull through my exchange calendar appointments.
Is there a fix or can anyone recommend a calendar app that lets me add my exchange server details to collect appoinmrts?

Give me a minute to find this, I know I had to do something special to get mine to work

Are you talking about the server address or the domain name?
 
To get the domain in there, where it says username i added the domain first followed by a forward slash ( \ ) followed by my username.
