This morning when i looked at my phone i had this going on. I did not download anything and was unable to turn phone off as this was going on. Is this a hack on my phone?

Nothing out of the ordinary.

actually your phone is in download mode.

instructions on how to exit download mode is in the link.

and never assume something you do not know on your phone as being hacked. hacking a phone is a lot harder than you think. the most common nefarious things you have to worry about on an android phone is malware and adware. but if you use common sense and stay away from suspicious websites and are careful with what you download and install, you should be fine.

Reading instructions was very helpful. this probably happened while i was removing phone from its case. Thanks for help, much appeciated.
